The /mode command changes the mode of the specified nick/channel.

Synopsis

/mode <channel|nickname> [[+|-]modechars [parameters]]

Switches

None

Parameters

  • <channel|nickname> - the nick/channel you want to change the mode
  • [[+|-]modechars [parameters]] - the syntax of a mode change.
