/pdcc [on|off]

Parameters
- ON
- Enables DCC pumping.
- OFF
- Disables DCC pumping.
Note: If no parameter is specified, mIRC will simply echo to the main screen the status of DCC send pumps, eg: whether they are ON or OFF.
