The /sockpause command allows mIRC to pause or restart the socket when reading incoming data.
Synopsis
/sockpause [-r] <name>
Switches

r | Restarts the connection for the socket. |
Parameters
Parameter | Description |

<name> | The name of the socket to reference. |
Example
Resume the incoming data reading for mySocket:
/sockpause -r mySocket
