The /privmsg command allows you to send a privmsg to the server with no restriction
Synopsis[edit]
/privmsg <target> <message>

Parameters[edit]
- <target> - the channel(s)/nickname(s) you want to send a privmsg to
- <message> - the message to send.

/privmsg #channel test
