QCS605 is a 64-bit octa-core ARM low-power IoT microprocessor designed by Qualcomm and introduced in early 2018 for the intelligent edge market. Fabricated on a 10 nm process, the chip incorporates six Kryo 300 Silver cores operating at 1.7 GHz and two Kryo 300 Gold operating at 2.5 GHz. For AI acceleration, this chip incorporates an Hexagon 685 vector processor with two vector extensions and an Adreno 615 GPU.
