Intel Nervana (formerly Nervana Systems) was a fabless American semiconductor company that specializes in Artificial Intelligence and development of neural processors. Nervana-based product development have been discontinued in January 2020.

Founded in 2014, Nervana was one of the earliest startups to specialize in the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence workloads. Nervana first-generaiton product sampled in limited quantities and never made it to mass production On August 9 2016 Nervana was acquired by Intel for $350-$410 million. Nervana was subsequently renamed to as Intel Nervana. Nervana official launched its first mass-produced second-generation product in late 2019 under the NNP family.
On January 31 2020 Intel confirmed that Nervana-based product development has been discontinued in favor of Habana Lab (which was aquired late 2019).
