The ON DEOWNER event triggers whenever a user on a channel has been released of their channel owner status.
Synopsis
ON <level>:DEOWNER:<#[,#]>:<commands>
Parameters
<level>The level for the event to trigger..
<matchtext>The text to match in the event..
<#[,#]>The channel, or channels where the event listens.
#Any channel if left by itself, otherwise refers to a specific channel
[,#]List of specific channel names
Example
Message the channel where the event occurs:
ON *:DEOWNER:#:msg # $nick $+ : You're not an owner of # anymore? :-o
