Ryzen Embedded R1305G is a 64-bit dual-core embedded x86 microprocessor introduced by AMD in February 2020. This processor is based on AMD's Zen microarchitecture and is fabricated on a GlobalFoundries 14 nm process. The R1305G operates at a base frequency of 1.5 GHz with a TDP of 8 W and a boost frequency of up to 2.8 GHz. It supports up to 32 GiB of dual-channel DDR4-2400 memory and incorporates Radeon Vega 3 Graphics operating at up to 1 GHz. This model supports a configurable TDP-up of 10 W.

Expansions[edit]

The Ryzen Embedded R1305G supports up to 8 PCIe Gen 3 (8 GT/s) lanes, 4 GFX and 4 GPP lanes, up to 5 links total. Two lanes can be configured as SATA 3 (6 Gb/s) ports, other alternative functions are 1 × 1/2.5/10 Gigabit Ethernet and NVMe. Six USB ports are available. Four ports support USB 3.1 (10 Gb/s) speeds, one of these supports Type-C connectors with DisplayPort Alternate Mode and Power Delivery capability. Two additional ports are USB 2.0 compliant. The following low speed interfaces are available: eMMC 5.0, SD/SDIO 3.0, 2 × UART, 4 × I2C, 2 × SMBus, LPC, SPI/eSPI, I2S/HDA/SW, GPIO.

Graphics[edit]

The R1305G supports up to 3 independent displays with a single display maximum resolution of 4096 × 2160 pixels. One display interface is shared with the USB 3.1 Type-C port. The integrated video decoding and encoding hardware also supports 4K resolution.
