z10 was a z/Architecture-based microarchitecture designed by IBM and introduced in 2008 for their z10 processors and 2097/2098-series mainframes. The z10 microarchitecture replaced the z9.

Process Technology

The z10 microprocessors were manufactured on IBM's 65 nm process.
