Berryville was the core for Intel's series of consumer electronics system on chips based on the Saltwell microarchitecture serving as a successor to Groveland. Berryville was Intel's 4th generation CE SoC and the first one fabricated on a 32 nm process. Berryville SoCs were branded as Intel CE 53xx model.
