FT-1500A

Main articles: Earth SoC Microarchitecture and Xiaomi Core Microarchitecture

FT-1500A is a series of 64-bit ARMv8-based multi-core system on chips developed by Phytium and introduced in 2016. Those SoCs are designed for workstations, servers, and infrastructure related applications. The 1500A series are based on the Earth SoC microarchitecture and Xiaomi FTC660 core, a custom fully-compliant ARMv8 implementation. The exact number of cores varies by model.

FT-2000

FT-2000 is a series of 64-bit ARMv8-based multi-core system on chips announced in 2016 and introduced in 2017. Those SoCs are designed for servers and infrastructure related applications and are based on the Mars I SoC microarchitecture and Xiaomi core.
