Athlon XP-M (sometimes Mobile Athlon XP) was a family of 32-bit x86 mobile microprocessors designed by AMD for the performance mobile segment (i.e. a notch above Duron) as a successor to the Athlon 4 family. Mobile Athlon 4 processors were manufactured using AMD's 0.13-micron copper process technology in Fab 30 in Dresden, Germany.
