The Fujitsu MB88500 series is a family of 4-bit CMOS microcontrollers developed by Fujitsu and introduced in 1977[off?]. This was the high-speed version of the MB8850 operating at 6Mhz-8Mhz (vs 2Mhz on 50 series).
