The '''Athlon XP-M 1500+''' ({{abbr|OPN}} AXMS1500GXS3C) was a {{arch|32}} [[x86]] microprocessor developed by [[AMD]] and introduced in March [[2003]] for thin and light mobile and value PCs, a low voltage {{amd|Athlon XP-M}} processor in a smaller {{amd|Socket 563|µPGA|l=pack}} package as opposed to mainstream and desktop replacement models. It was based on the {{amd|K7|K7 microarchitecture|l=arch}}, had a 256&nbsp;KiB on die L2 cache, and operated at 1.333&nbsp;GHz (10 × FSB frequency; the number in the model name and OPN is a relative performance rating). Its 133&nbsp;MHz, 64-bit [[front side bus]] supported raw data rates up to 2.133&nbsp;GB/s. The processor was manufactured on a [[130&nbsp;nm]] copper process at AMD's Fab 30 in Dresden, Germany. One of the lowest frequency members of the series, the low voltage Athlon XP-M 1500+ was already delisted by December 2003 and replaced by the Athlon XP-M 1600+ at a price (tray, 1k) of $ 57.
