Dimensity 1000+ is a high-performance mobile ARM 5G SoC designed by MediaTek serving as the company's 2020 flagship processor. The Dimensity 1000+ is fabricated on TSMC 7 nm process and integrates four high-performance Cortex-A77 big cores operating at 2.6 GHz along with four low-power Cortex-A55 little cores operating at 2 GHz. This chip features a Mali-G77 MP9 GPU operating at ? MHz and supports up to 16 GiB of quad-channel LPDDR4X-3733.

The Dimensity 1000+ is the very first 5G-integrated-modem SoC that supports Dual-SIM-5G. The SoC includes "HyperEngine 2.0" which optimizes the gaming experience. With its "Rapid Response Engine", the SoC support a technology to avoid interferencies. With "UltraSave", the SoC can automatically change the modem characteristics where the signal reception is poor.


The {\\|800}}, the 1000 and the {\\|1000L}} are a lower-performance versions of the same Dimensity SoC-family from Mediatek.
