Samsung Coherent Interconnect (SCI) is Samsung's proprietary fabric, a cache-coherent interconnect that spans their heterogeneous system architecture of CPU clsuters and GPUs. SCI was first introduced with the introduction of the Exynos 8 Octa which provides cache coherency and management between the generic ARM Cortex-A53 core cluster and Samsung's custom high-performance Mongoose 1 core cluster.
