This model was designed to be fabricated using a [[90 nm process]] and incorporate roughly {{ambric|am2000#Architecture|70 Brics}} for a total for around 560 cores operating at up to 600 MHz. It's unknown if this chip ever made it to market in any form prior to Ambric's acquisition by [[Nethra Imaging]] in 2009 (although {{ambric|am2000#Members|other models}} continued to be manufactured well into 2012).
