An IRC client seems totally unrelated to that, and an obscure scripting language for that client even more so. If the documentation was about WikiSyntax, or VHDL, or something, I would understand it, but mIRC-Script? Note that I totally agree that this information is helpful, and should be documented, I just wonder if a CPU Wiki is the right place for it...
