A14 Bionic is a 64-bit hexa-core ARM high-performance mobile system on a chip introduced by Apple in September 2020 as a successor to the A13. The SoC is manufactured on TSMC's N5 process, and was the first commercially available chip based on a 5 nm manufacturing process.
