Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. or OKI is a Japanese electronics manufacturer. OKI Semiconductor was their semiconductor business which was sold off to Rohm in 2008. OKI Semiconductor was founded in 1977 as a division of OKI America Inc. headquartered in Sunnyvale, California.
