The ON DEOP event triggers whenever a user on a channel has had their channel operator privileges removed.
This event also fills the $opnick identifier with the nickname of the user who was removed from Channel operator status. The $nick identifier points to the user who removed them.
Synopsis
ON <level>:DEOP:<#[,#]>:<commands>
Parameters
<level>The level for the event to trigger..
<matchtext>The text to match in the event..
<#[,#]>The channel, or channels where the event listens.
#Any channel if left by itself, otherwise refers to a specific channel
[,#]List of specific channel names
Example
Let the channel know when a user's operator privilege has been removed:
ON *:DEOP:#:msg # Oh no, $opnick has had their operator privilege removed :(
