The ON DEHELP event triggers whenever a user on a channel has had their helper status removed in a channel.

ON <level>:DEHELP:<#[,#]>:<commands>
Parameters
<level>The level for the event to trigger.
<matchtext>The text to match in the event.
<#[,#]>The place, or places where the event listens.
#Any channel if left by itself, otherwise refers to a specific channel
[,#]List of specific channel names
Example
Acknowledge when any user has been dehelped on all channels
ON *:DEHELP:#:msg # Sorry to see the helper privilege removed from $nick $+ .
