The Epson S1C63 is a family of high-end 4-bit microcontrollers developed by Epson. This series is a more capable version of the S1C60 Family.

S1C63000 series[edit]

This series is designed specifically for low power consumption such as battery-driven devices that require prolong battery life. This chips include an LCD driver and a number of programmable 8-bit timers.
