On my list I have the MA2901 4-bit slice designed by GEC Plessey Semiconductors. It's radiation hardened chip. I've not checked if it's architecturally identical to the AM2900, but I suspect so. --ChipIt (talk) 23:22, 2 November 2015 (EST)
