The MN1500 series is a family of 4-bit microcontrollers developed by Matsushita Electric (Panasonic) introduced in early 1979. This series is an enhanced version of the MN1400 family, increasing the stack from 2 levels to 16, providing interrupt facility, and including an enhanced set of instructions.
