T-Head (Pingtouge Semiconductor) is a Chinese fabless semiconductor company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alibaba serving as the Alibaba's semiconductor divison. T-Head was founded by Alibaba for the purpose of developing custom ASIC products for the company.
