MSM5105 (Mobile Station Modem 5105) was a family of 32-bit ARM mobile system on chips with CDMA2000 capabilities designed by Qualcomm and introduced in 2002. This family is largely based and pin-compatible with the MSM3100 family (A IS-95A design).
