MN1400 - Matsushita

The Matsushita MN1400 series is a family of 4-bit microcontrollers developed by Matsushita Electric (Panasonic). Released to the market in September-October of 1977, the chip includes 75 instructions with a 10 microsecond instruction cycle. The chip comes in NMOS, PMOS, and CMOS versions.
