Ryzen 7 4700U is a 64-bit octa-core high-end performance x86 mobile microprocessor introduced by AMD in early 2020. This processor is based on AMD's Zen 2 microarchitecture and is fabricated on a 7 nm process. The 4700U operates at a base frequency of 2.0 GHz with a TDP of 15 W and a Boost frequency of 4.1 GHz. This APU supports DDR4-3200 and LPDDR4-4266 memory and incorporates Radeon Vega Graphics operating at 1.6 GHz.

This model supports a configurable TDP-down of 10 W and TDP-up of 25 W.
