$inpoly returns $true if the specified point is inside the specified polygon, $false otherwise
Synopsis
$inpoly(x,y,x1,y1,x2,y2,x3,y3,...)
Paramters
- x - the x coordinate of the point
- y - the y coordinate of the point
- x1 - the x coordinate of the first point
- y1 - the y coordinate of the first point
- x2 - the x coordinate of the second point
- y2 - the y coordinate of the second point
- xN - the x coordinate of the Nth point
- yN - the y coordinate of the Nth point
