The Iris Pro Graphics is an extended family of integrated graphics processors introduced by Intel in 2013. Unlike the normal Iris Graphics family, the Iris Pro includes a large eDRAM on a discrete die. The Pro version, like the normal Iris Graphics is aimed for the high end microprocessors in an attempt to compete with mid-range dedicated graphics processors.
